What’s on the Programme Menu?

You can engage with this programme however it suits you. Help co-create our “menu” of topics and meeting schedules.

Individualised Mentorship

• Once we know more about you, we’ll help connect you with a mentor who can:
• Help problem solve in your projects
• Connect you to professional networks
• Share their wisdom and insights

Fortnightly group sessions

• Exploring leadership, sustainability, personal development etc. You help determine the content of these sessions.

Themed groups which gather weekly to discuss topics such as:

• Bicultural practice
• Collaborations & Action/Project work
• Covid Response
• Climate Change & Ecological Sustainability
• Philosophy & Theory of Change
• Wellbeing and Resilience
• Internal Changes at OP
