Successful completion of this programme will give you a New Zealand Certificate in Study and Career Preparation (Level 3) and enable entry into our New Zealand Diploma in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical or Electrical).

Become an engineering technologist! Learn engineering theory and the applied and practical skills required to work in a wide range of industries, and gain a deep understanding of your area of specialisation through an industry-based project. Mechanical, Civil and Electrical specialties available. If you have existing skills and knowledge due to practical experience in this area, you could study this programme via distance through Capable NZ (our recognition of prior learning centre). You may have already gained credits towards this qualification.
Bachelor of Engineering Technology - Asset Management Apprenticeship

A first in New Zealand, this apprenticeship degree has been developed with industry to combat the looming skills shortage in the area of Infrastructure Asset Management. You’ll gain experience in industry projects within your chosen specialty – Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
