Noel delivered the Heart Foundation Jump Rope programme in early childcare centres this year. He also organised NZRL u17’s Tournament and led the Next Step Programme – delivering a wellness programme to a low socio-economic group of young adults through the Methodist Mission. Noel led the team who finalised the development of a project called ‘How to be a Good Scarfie’. This initiative was created for senior high school students looking into tertiary study and flatting or entering residence halls.A group of ISA students helped pilot this project and then delivered it to year 13 students at a local high school. The feedback from this was extremely positive. Noel was also involved this year in cricket umpiring.
