How to sharpen your saw Our experienced arborists will teach you how to sharpen your chainsaw and answer questions about the arboriculture industry and tree care services for your home or community projects.

Garden to plate Otago Polytechnic’s Food Design lecturers will demonstrate how to create tasty dishes using seasonal produce from your own garden and from our Living Campus gardens.

Bonsai demonstration Learn how to create a bonsai to feature in your garden. Step by step instructions will be provided by our accomplished local bonsai enthusiast.
