Metta is the buddhist practice of loving kindness meditation.

Through the practice of metta we develop the capacity to have compassion for others and for ourselves. The Core Meditation metta process is based on traditional buddhist practices but also incorporates influences from other traditions.

Entry is by donation if you can afford it.
