How to use Chemwatch
All chemicals and hazardous substances used at Otago Polytechnic need to have an in-date Safety Data Sheet (under 5 years old) available and recorded in Chemwatch. The chemicals in Chemwatch have been approved for use. It is important for kaimahi and ākonga to follow the safety requirements for all chemicals and hazardous substances.

- describe what Chemwatch is and its importance
- follow the requirements for recording approved chemicals and ensuring safe storage and use
