It’s international yoga day on Weds 21 June and the Student Success team want to invite you to a free yoga session.

Led by Adrienne Roy from Dunedin Hot Yoga Studio 

The session will be a Yin style (un-heated) session. It will focus on stretching, calming and reducing stressful feelings, focusing inward and allowing your body and mind to relax and let go. Especially targeted for dealing with end of semester and other stress. Give yourself an hour to relax. 

If you have your own yoga mat, bring it along – otherwise a decent sized towel will do the trick. 

All students and staff welcome.
