Our AIC Employability Services Team is strongly aligned with OPAIC's vision of developing New Zealand’s most employable graduates. We understand the need to help our international learners with the network, advice, and toolkits to set them on the path to realising this vision and our Alumni play a huge role in helping us achieve our goals.

On Saturday, the 14th of October, we made the most of the pleasant weather in Auckland by hosting an Alumni Mentor Walk at the beautiful Victoria Park for our Study Block 4 learners. During the event, our mentors walked our students through the New Zealand work landscape, their own journeys to their current career paths, and the tips they had to share to help our learners forge their own ways to career success. We ended our walk with coffee and a debrief that we hope stays with our learners as they plan their professional pathways in the months to follow.

Dani Mao and Patricia Joseph from Employability Services take this opportunity to thank all our learners who showed up on Saturday to get the most from our Alumni. We also thank our Alumni mentors who invested in our learners on a weekend. Christiaan WilliamKarl IpongMaimiti ManateApal GuptaReese Chen, and Sanim Pokhrel, created an opportunity for our learners to plan and scope their career pathways.
