Update: Road safety improvements around the Polytechnic
On Monday 6 May the works on Union St between Forth St and Harbour Tce will be completed and the road will be reopened.
At the same time, works will begin at the Harbour Tce Pedestrian Crossing.
This means the road will be closed at the crossing from Monday 6 May.
Works will be continuing at the Union and Clyde St intersection.

Orbus has provided the following update on changes to bus routes:
Closed Bus stop: Harbour Tce 41 and 58(Use Forth Street Terminus instead), Dundas Street 141 and 158(Use Dundas 113 and 118).
Route 15 Southbound will start from the Forth Street Terminus bus stop and skip Harbour Tce. It will travel along Forth Street, turn left onto Dundas Street, and continue as per the usual route.
Route 15 Northbound will follow the same detour via Forth Street from Dundas Street: left onto Union Street East, right on Anzac Ave, right on Albany St, right on Forth Street, and terminate the route at the Forth Street Terminus bus Stop.
