Four of our Master of Applied Management thesis students and one special topic student presented their research and results to an audience of staff and students today. The presentations were the culmination of 12 months of research.

Topics included Ray Wang’s research on an AI-Powered Study Platform. This research also featured at our recent Smart Sustainable Development Conference. There has been good discussion about how this could help international students coming to New Zealand and to our Auckland International Campus.

The other presenters and their topics were:
- Shehantha Gunawardena - Examining the Impact of Customer Digital Literacy on the Adoption of AI-Enabled Mobile Banking Services.
- Hong Thao Anh Le - Exploration of Consumer Motivations and Buying Decisions in the Slow Fashion Industry in New Zealand: The Role of Sustainability Focus and Branding.
- Oleg Nikitin – Challenges to Achieving Sustainability in Social Housing Construction in New Zealand.
- Ilgar Isayev – An Investigation into the Influence of Social Media on Shaping Users’ Trust, Choice, and Decision-Making: A New Zealand Context.

Dr Indra Kularatne facilitated the forum and allowed a few questions for each student. There was plenty of interest around the range of topics. Supervisors also had a chance to add their comments over lunch once the formal part of the event was finished.
