Family Fun Day - extra help needed

As you know, our Family Fun Day is happening this Saturday 5 April, 11am–2pm at The Hub—and it’s shaping up to be a great community event for our student parents and their tamariki.

I’ve got some wonderful volunteers signed up so far (thank you!), but with an expected turnout of 200–300 people, we could really use a few more helping hands—especially to:

• Cook sausages or vege hash on the BBQs or electric frypans

• Refill serving trays and help with simple food service

• Keep the self-serve area tidy and stocked

• Support setup (from 8am) or clean-up (finishing around 2:30pm)

Even an hour or two would make a big difference—whether you're an early bird, a food runner, or someone who thrives on clean-up missions!
