Applying for Fees Free refunds

The IRD will begin to process Fees Free refunds on 15 January 2026. 

If you've studied during 2025 and want to apply for a refund, our Customer Services team can help from 15 Jan onwards!

The team can provide you with step-by-step instructions or you organise an appointment.
