The Registry Team serves as a steward for the registration and enrolment process and ensures that the organisation's acts are in line with regulatory compliance. We are committed to maintaining data integrity, accuracy and privacy of all student records. We provide the highest level of support to students, faculty and staff while exercising ethical administrative standards and procedures.
Admissions tasks include checking student documents, and making sure students receive the offer for the right course in a timely fashion. We maintain knowledge of Codes of Practice requirements concerning student application and enrolment. We update student numbers and send receipts to agents and students.
Admissions works closely with the International Marketing Team to provide support related to student recruitment. We reply to the agents in regards to applications within 48 hours. We book and release results for placement tests each week and we’re very familiar with the EBS System.
