Support other students. Build your skills. Get paid.

Peer Tutors are current OP students (or recent grads) who support other OP students to become more confident, independent learners.

This could include helping them:

  • understand course content
  • develop effective study strategies
  • clarify assessment requirements
  • talk things through.

Why become a Peer Tutor?

  • Earn money in a fixed-term role
  • Make a positive difference for other students
  • Receive training, support and development opportunities
  • Build your communication, leadership and mentoring skills
  • Gain experience that looks great on your CV!

Who can become a Peer Tutor?

You could be a good fit for the role if you:

  • enjoy helping others
  • can communicate clearly
  • are reliable, organised and approachable
  • are in your second or third year, or have already completed a programme at OP.

You don’t need to be an expert! What matters most is your willingness to support others and guide their learning.
